How to check your current BSNL Broadband plan ?

BSNL Broadband is the most cheapest and the most affordable Internet Service Provider in the country. Though known for its ineffective customer care it is one of the cheapest. Currently, there are two ways to check your current broadband plan.

Now, the most easiest way to check your current BSNL Broadband plan is to check your Monthly usage. Just beside the usage details, your current plan will be mentioned.

Method 1 :

• Login to http://10.240.43.216 

          

• Enter your BSNL User Id and Password.
• Click on Service Records.

• Select the month you want to see the usage details of and click on "OK".

Method 2 :

There is another way by which you can check your current broadband and its a little more complicated than the previous one.

•  Login to http://selfcare.edc.bsnl.co.in/selfcare/start.swe?SWECmd=Start&SWEHo=selfcare.edc.bsnl.co.in

• Enter your user id and password ( if you don't have an account create one)

•  From this page, you can get the details of your broadband usage details, check your telephone bill, change your broadband password, check your unbilled details, submit a service request, submit a complaint and also check the status of your complaints.

•  Click on "Service" to know more.
