Do not get disheartened if your Google Adsense gets disabled. You can always apply for a fresh new adsense account. Now, while applying for a new adsense account, you have to use a new mail id and a different name (use any relative's name) and you can keep the remaining details like your address and contact the same. If your site is good, you will get approved in no time.
Before creating a new account, you can also appeal against the account termination to Google. There is a "Invalid Click Activity Form" which you will have to fill up and submit. You can find the form here.
Though it would be futile because very few have got their adsense account reinstated by appealing.
Also, Google does not provide too much details about why your adsense account was disabled since they reserve the right to disable any adsense account on violation of any policy of their terms and conditions. So, if your adsense account gets banned, you can never reinstate that account. The bset option is to apply for a fresh new account with a different mail-id and a different name.
You can also use other ad networks to show ads on your blog.
1) Admaya : It is very easy to get approved by admaya though it takes more or less 2 weeks to get approved. The page CTR is extremely low compared to Google Adsense. The minimum payout by check is $ 10.
2) Chitika : Recently, chitika has emerged as an alternative for Google Adsense since adsense is very difficult to get approved by most bloggers. Page CTR is higher than Admaya but lower than adsense. Minimum payout is $ 50.
3) Adbrite : To get approved for adbrite, one needs to have a custom domain for blog. The normal blogspot address are not approved by adbrite and the page CTR is low. Like Chitika, minimum payout is $ 50.
4) Infolinks : Infolinks provides in-text ads for blog which are embedded in the text. They provide around 70% publisher revenue. Their page CTR is only 2nd to Adsense. Minimum payout is $ 50.
But, none of them comapares to Google Adsense. So, to earn a decent amount of money Google Adsense is best.
